This beautiful stone house in a lovely Northamptonshire village is full of charm and character and the owners wanted the garden to reflect all the hard work they have put in to updating the house.  The garden has been created in stages, initially with generous planting delineating the seating area from the drive which links the house and garden without blocking the extensive views.  Next were the summerhouse beds and paved, then the island beds to frame the view and most recently the poolhouse beds.
